General description
The NIR-II Dye is a high-performance near-infrared fluorescent dye designed for advanced imaging applications. With a mass extinction coefficient of 3.5 Lg-1cm-1, this dye exhibits excellent solubility in common buffers, serum, and blood, making it highly versatile for biological studies. It has a maximum absorption wavelength ( λmax) ranging from 780 to 810 nm, and emits fluorescence around 1050 nm with a quantum yield of approximately 2%. Ideal for in vivo imaging, this dye can be used effectively in various biological contexts.
Preparation Note: For optimal results, store the NIR-II Dye in a dark environment at 4 °C. It is stable in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) and miscible with common buffers and serum. When using for in vivo imaging, it is recommended to inject approximately 100-150 μg in a 200 μL solution for typical applications, such as imaging in nude mice. Ensure all handling is performed under appropriate safety conditions.
