For detection of long-range nOes or for the NMR study of large proteins

SLAM-I^γ2-¹³CH₃ is available for labeling isoleucine precursor with ¹³CH₃ isotopomer. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling in E. coli. It enables study of protein complexes revealing the mechanisms of dynamic molecular machines in solid-state isotopomer.
