Poly(ethylene glycol) bis(amine) may be used in the preparation of folic acid-PEG-NH2 conjugate. PEG-bis(amine) has been reported to be used as a component in the making of Au-Fe2O3 NPs based multifunctional nanoprobe for multimodal and ultrasensitive detection of cancer cells.
