General description
Economical and dependable. These mantles have a ceramic heat cavity (resistance wire completely embedded), a grounded metal housing for safer operation, a low profile that permits magnetic stirring, and can be operated at up to 550 °C. May be used as an air or sand bath. All models have a 36 in., 3-wire, integral power cord with U.S. plug (used as an interconnector plug with POWERMITE™ heat controllers). 50/60 Hz.
