N-Desmethyl-cis-tramadol is a primary urinary and plasma metabolite of the synthetic analgesic tramadol. Tramadol, sold under trade names Ultram®, Conzip®, and Ryzolt®, relieves moderate to severe pain. This analytical reference standard is applicable for numerous LC/MS or GC/MS applications from pain prescription monitoring, urine drug testing and forensic analysis to clinical toxicology or pharmaceutical testing.
