General description

Duloxetine, marketed in the US under the trade name Cymbalta®, is a serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRI) used to treat major depressive disorder and to alleviate pain associated with diabetic neuropathy, fibromyalgia, and osteoarthritis.
