General description

A stable-labled internal standard suitable for quantitation of Nimetazepam levels in urine, serum, or plasma by LC/MS or GC/MS for forensic analysis, clinical toxicology, or urine drug testing. Nimetazepam, marketed as the benzodiazepine drug Erimin, is prescribed for the treatment of stress or short-term severe insomnia in patients who have difficulty falling asleep or maintaining sleep. Although not used therapeutically in the US, the drug is known for its use to soften the comedown after use of methamphetamine or other stimulants.
