General description

Coenzyme Q10, also known as ubiquinone, ubidecarenone, coenzyme Q, CoQ10, CoQ or Q10, is a fat soluble cofactor, which resembles a vitamin and is important to human health as an antioxidant.

Application

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) may be used as a certified reference material (CRM) for the determination of the analyte in biological samples, pharmaceuticals and vegetable oils by chromatography techniques.
This Certified Spiking Solution® is suitable for use in a variety of testing applications from diagnostic testing of Coenzyme Q10 deficiency to quality control testing of Coenzyme Q10-based dietary supplements or pharmaceutical preparations by HPLC or LC-MS/MS.
