General description

Interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β) is a pro-inflammatory cytokine produced mainly by activated macrophages and other immune cells. Other Notes

Although IL-1β was detectable in non-human primate, rat, equine, feline and canine samples, the assay has not been verified for these species.
