General description

Retinoic acid-inducible gene 1 (RIG-1, DDX58) is a cytoplasmic protein belonging to the family of RIG-1-like receptor (RLR) family. It is a multidomain protein containing an N-terminal caspase recruitment domain (CARD); a DExD/H box helicase domain; and a C-terminal repression domain. RIG-1 has a well-documented role in innate immunity, as a virus-sensing protein that detects viral RNA molecules and induces the production of IFN-β through activation of the inflammasome complex.
~102 kDa observed

Immunogen

Epitope: C-terminus
KLH-conjugated linear peptide corresponding to the C-terminus of human RIG-I.
