Human IRS1 (Insulin Receptor Substrate 1) phosphorylated on Serine residue 616. Sequence 100% homologous with mouse, rat, and pig.

Predicted to cross-react with mouse and rat based on 100% sequence homology, but have not been tested.

100 μL of affinity purified rabbit polyclonal IgG in PBS (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.3, containing 1.0 mg/mL BSA (IgG, protease free), 0.05% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Affinity purified

1 year at -20°C.
Upon first thaw, and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/ thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.

Evaluated by immunoblot.
