FRASER Listeria Selective Supplement is a mixture of acriflavine and nalidixic acid in lyophilized form. It inhibits the growth of accompanying bacteria by selective enrichment of Listeria spp.

Application

FRASER Listeria Selective Supplement is an additive for the preparation of Half FRASER (Demi FRASER) Broth (Base) (Granucult® 1.00025, EcoCult® 1.40197) or FRASER Broth (Base) (1.10398) for the enrichment of Listeria spp.
