Features and Benefits

The main advantage of using granulated drying agents is the ease of use. Even after significant water uptake (approx. 100% of its own weight), the substance remains in particle form. Hence, subsequent to drying, the agent can be easily removed from the vessel. SICAPENT® drying agents dry well due to their large surface area; it is around 20% faster than standard phosphorus pentoxide.

General description

SICAPENT® with indicator is a phosphorus pentoxide drying agent for desiccators. It is also used for drying liquids and filling drying tubes, particularly for fast-flowing gases in drying tubes.
