General description

GranuCult® prime Sodium chloride peptone broth (buffered) has a combination of phosphate buffer, sodium chloride, and peptone to increase the viability of sensitive microorganisms and osmotic stability with a stable pH. The low peptone content supplies essential nutrients to maintain the viability of organisms but does not allow significant growth of more fastidious microorganisms.Surface-active ingredients or inactivators of antimicrobial agents may be added to this medium according to EP, USP, and JP.

Application

GranuCult® prime Sodium chloride peptone broth (buffered) is suitable for the dissolving, suspending, and diluting of test samples from pharmaceutical and other materials and of test strains.

Features and Benefits

  • GranuCult® offers superior granulated culture media.
  • Safe and sustainable due to reduced risks associated with fine dust and toxic substance inhalation, resulting in a safer work environment.
  • Excellent wettability, solubility, and free-flowing properties
  • Convenient, with minimal component separation and clumping, even under warm or humid conditions.
  • High batch-to-batch reproducibility
  • Prolonged shelf life of up to five years
  • High number of test strains exceeding all regulatory demands
  • Granulation technology allows many supplements to be included, with no need to add these separately
