Application
Butane-1-sulfonic acid sodium salt can be used as anion-pair agent in the determination of biogenic amines (BA):
- In tomato by ion-pair chromatography coupled toa potentiometric detector.
- Inalcoholic beverages by HPLC coupled to a potentiometric detector for foodquality control.
