10μg of recombinant protein in 100 μl of 50 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.5, 300 mM NaCl, 0.1 mM EGTA, 0.03% Brij-35, 270 mM sucrose, 1 mM benzamidine, 0.2 mM PMSF, 0.1% 2-mercaptoethanol. Frozen solution.

Format: Purified using Ni²⁺/NTA agarose. Purity 99% by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining.

Stable for 6 months at -70°C from date of shipment. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge original vial prior to removing the cap.

Routinely evaluated by phosphorylation of 2 mg/mL casein.
Purity was assessed by SDS-PAGE and Coomassie blue staining using 3μg of GRK7.

Specific Activity: where one unit of GRK7 activity is defined as 1nmol phosphate incorporated into 2mg/ml casein per minute at 30°C with a final ATP concentration of 100μM.
