Tryptic SoyBroth is a complex nutrient rich inhibitor free microbial culture mediadesigned in compliance with European (EP), Japanese (JP) and United StatesPharmacopeia (USP).The medium issupplemented with peptones from casein and soymeal to provide an enhancedcarbon source, that promotes the growth of the microbes present in the testsample.
Application
Tryptic Soy Broth is used for the isolation andcultivation of fastidious bacteria, yeast. TSB is suitable for sterilitytesting of substances, preparations, and products from pharmaceutical and foodindustry.
