Description

General description

Useful as a substrate for ELISA; acts as a hydrogen donor in peroxidase reactions. Radical cation has absorption maximum at 414 nm.

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C) for long-term storage or refrigerate (4°C) for short-term storage. Stock solutions are stable for up to 1 week at 4°C or for up to 4 months at -20°C.
