The A subunit catalyzes the ADP-ribosylation of the α-subunit of G-proteins, reducing intrinsic GTPase activity and activating the α-subunit. The B subunits are responsible for the attachment of the native toxin on the cell surface..

Reconstitution

Following reconstitution, store in the refrigerator (4°C). Aqueous stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at 4°C under sterile conditions.
