General description
Inactive analog of Genistein (Cat. No. 345834). Blocks the G1 phase of the cell cycle in Swiss/3T3 cells by inhibiting casein kinase II activity. Inhibits the growth of MiaPaC-2 and PANC-1 cells (IC50= 45 µM and 75 µM, respectively).
Inactive analog of genistein (Cat. No. 345834). Blocks the G1 phase of the cell cycle in Swiss 3T3 cells by inhibiting casein kinase II activity. Inhibits epidermal growth factor (EGF) receptor autophosphorylation (IC50 >300 µM). Inhibits the growth of MiaPaC-2 and PANC-1 cells (IC50= 45 µM and 75 µM, respectively).
