A non-ionic detergent analog of CHAPS and CHAPSO. Has reduced electrostatic interactions that do not interfere in anion exchange chromatography on DEAE-cellulose. Has a critical micelle concentration (CMC) of 1.1-1.4 mM and an aggregation number of 8-16.

Preparation Note

Following reconstitution, store in the refrigerator (4°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 6 months at 4°C.
