General description

A cell-permeable triazole compound that targets the ATP-binding site of erbB2/HER2 and reduces the phosphorylation of erbB2 in MDA-MB-453 cells (IC50 = 6.6 µM), but not that of the overexpressed erbB1 in MDA-MB-468 cells even at concentrations as high as 100 µM. Shown to suppress MDA-MB-453 growth with an IC50 of 30.9 µM.
