General description

A cell-permeable anilinoquinoline compound that acts as a potent, active site-targeting inhibitor of MCSF receptor/cFMS (IC50 = 80 nM). Although equally potent as cFMS Receptor Inhibitor III (Cat. No. 344038) in inhibiting the cFMS-dependent growth of M-NSF-60 cells (IC50 = 0.1 µM), this inhibitor is much more selective against cFMS-independent growth of NSO cells (IC50 >50 µM).
