General description
A cell-permeable pyruvic acid derivative that acts as an inhibitor against hexokinase II-mediated glycolysis and effectively suppress tumor survival both in cultures in vitro and in mice and rats in vivo.
Preparation Note
Following reconstitution, aliquot and freeze (-20°C). Stock solutions are stable for up to 3 months at -20°C.
