Suitable for neutralization of human α-interferon. Does not recognize β-interferon or γ-interferon by immunoblotting. Effectively neutralizes human α-interferon. This antibody has also been reported to work with ELISA, immunohistochemistry, and immunoprecipitation. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
