General description

The MILLIPLEX® MAP Cell Signaling Buffer and Detection Kit is an optimized reagent system used for single target and multiplexing assays of MILLIPLEX® MAP Cell Signaling Magnetic Bead MAPmates. The Buffer and Detection Kit contains a set of common reagents that are used in conjunction with the Cell Signaling Magnetic Bead MAPmates for multiplex analysis of proteins in cell lysates using a Luminex 100 IS, 200, or HTS system. MAPmates are sold individually and consist of an antibody capture bead set, a biotinylated detection antibody and, as appropriate, a positive and negative control. The detection assay is a rapid, convenient alternative to Western Blotting and immunoprecipitation procedures. Each kit contains sufficient reagents for one 96 well assay plate.
The MILLIPLEX Cell Signaling Buffer and Detection Kit provides a complete set of reagents for analyzing total and phosphorylated proteins in cell lysates. It can be used with MAPmates™ and other sell signaling panels

Packaging

96-well plate. Kit capacity: 100 assay points
