General description

This panel targets phosphorylated STAT proteins, which are critical mediators of cytokine and growth factor signaling. STAT1 (pY701) and STAT3 (pY705, pS727) are involved in immune response, inflammation, and cell survival. STAT5A/B (pY694/699) plays a role in hematopoiesis and immune cell development. STAT6 (pY641) is primarily activated by IL-4 and IL-13, contributing to Th2 cell differentiation and allergic responses.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 5 analytes in cell lysate samples.

Analytes Included: STAT1 (pY701), STAT3 (pS727), STAT3 (pY705), STAT5A/B (pY694/699), STAT6 (pY641)

Assay Characteristics: Refer to the assay protocol for details on cross-reactivity, buffer compatibility, lysate control, and recommended loading control (MAPmate Control Assays).

Features and Benefits

  • Simultaneously detect 5 phosphorylated STAT proteins involved in cytokine and growth factor signaling
  • Includes STAT1, STAT3, STAT5A/B, and STAT6 for focused pathway analysis
