General description

This panel focuses on phosphorylated proteins within the MAPK and SAPK pathways, which regulate cellular responses to stress, growth factors, and cytokines. ERK1/2 (pT185/pY187), JNK (pT183/pY185), and p38 (pT180/pY182) are core MAPKs involved in proliferation, apoptosis, and inflammation. MEK1 (pS217/pS221) activates ERK, while MSK1 (pS376) and RSK1 (pS380) are downstream effectors. c-Jun (pS73) and ATF2 (pT71) are transcription factors regulated by JNK and p38. HSP27 (pS82) and MKK3/6 (pS189/pS207) are involved in stress response and MAPK activation.

Application

MILLIPLEX® Qualified assays undergo rigorous assay development, verification, and Quality Control testing to achieve optimal performance. Simultaneously analyze 10 analytes in cell lysate samples.

Analytes Included: ERK1/2 (pT185/pY187), JNK (pT183/pY185), p38 (pT180/pY182), MEK1 (pS217/pS221), MSK1 (pS376), RSK1 (pS380), c-Jun (pS73), ATF2 (pT71), HSP27 (pS82), MKK3/6 (pS189/pS207)

Assay Characteristics: Refer to the assay protocol for details on cross-reactivity, buffer compatibility, lysate control, and recommended loading control (MAPmate).
