General description

A positive allosteric modulator for mGlu receptor subtype 5 (EC50 = 2 - 5.3 µM). No agonistic action on mGlu5. Renders 3-6 fold potentiation for Glu5 agonists. No effect on other mGlu receptor subtypes.

Please note that the molecular weight for this compound is batch-specific due to variable water content.
