General description
Native potato acid phosphatase. May be used for the removal of phosphate groups from phosphoproteins, such as β-casein, ovalbumin, and pepsinogen.
Preparation Note
Following reconstitution, refrigerate (4°C). Stock solutions in ammonium sulfate are stable for up to 4 months at 4°C. Stock solutions in aqueous BSA should be used immediately upon reconstitution.
