General description
Recombinant, mouse R-Spondin 4 consisting of amino acids 19-228 and expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells. Able to induce activation of β-catenin response in a Luciferase assay using HEK293T human embryonic kidney cells. R-spondin 4 is useful as a positive modulator of Wnt/β signaling.
Biochem/physiol Actions
ED₅₀ = 5-20 ng/ml in the presence of 10 ng/ml rmWnt-3a, as measured by induction of activation of β-catenin response in a Topflash Luciferase assay using HEK293T human embryonic kidney cells.

Lyophilized from 0.2 µm sterile-filtered PBS, NaCl, EDTA, BSA.
Preparation Note
Reconstitute to 200 µg/ml in PBS.
