General description

This building block is prepared from highly purified PEG to ensure homogeneous products free from contaminating PEG oligomers. It can be introduced using standard coupling methods, such as PyBOP® or TBTU. Removal of the Boc group can be effected with TFA. The use of HF should be avoided as this reagent can promote breakdown of the PEG.
