General description
卵泡刺激素（FSH）属于糖蛋白激素家族。它在存在于垂体中的促性腺激素合成。FSH含有非共价结合的α-和β-亚基，是一种富含二硫化物的异源二聚体。

Biochem/physiol Actions
卵泡刺激素（FSH）参与哺乳动物的生殖调节。它通过一种称为卵泡刺激素受体（FSHR）的G蛋白偶联受体发挥作用该受体位于卵巢颗粒细胞和睾丸的支持细胞上。FSH在雌性卵泡成熟中发挥作用，并通过激活雄性支持细胞增殖来支持精子形成。FSH与其受体FSH-R的相互作用可激活G-蛋白偶联受体/环腺苷单磷酸（cAMP）/蛋白激酶A通路，以传递细胞内信号。
Preparation Note
溶解后，等分并冷冻保存（-20°C）。储备溶液在-20°C下可稳定保存至多6个月。
由已经认证检测显示对HBsAg以及HIV和HCV抗体呈阴性的个体组织而制备。
