This Anti-Per1 Antibody is validated for use in ELISA, WB for the detection of Per1.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Recognizes human Per 1 (RIGUI). The immunogen shows no significant sequence homology with Per 2, Per 3, dPer or other known proteins. The immunogen sequence has 100% homology with mouse and rat Per1 and 65% with chicken. Reactivity with other species has not been confirmed. Per 1 is a protein of ~136 kDa.
Physical form
Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in PBS containing 0.1% BSA.
Preparation Note
Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
