Immunopreciptation: The antibody will immunoprecipitate 8% of all GABA A receptors in sodium dodecyl sulfate extracts of rat forebrains (150 μL) using 20 μg of antibody.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by the end user.

Physical form

Affinity purified immunoglobulin in 10 mM HEPES, pH 7.5, with 150 mM NaCl, 100 μg/mL BSA and 50% glycerol.

Storage and Stability

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Do not store in a self-defrosting freezer.
