Application
Evaluated by Western Blotting in lysate from HeLa cells infected Human adenovirus type 5.
Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution of this antibody detected Adenovirus 5 Pre-hexon-linking protein IIIa in lysate from HeLa cells infected with human adenovirus type 5, but not in lysate from uninfected cells.
Tested Applications
Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:1,000 dilution from a representative lot detected Adenovirus 5 Pre-hexon-linking protein IIIa in lysates from Hela cells infected with Human adenovirus type 5.(Courtesy of Dr. Patrick Hearing, Stony Brook University).
Immunofluorescence Analysis: A representative lot detected Adenovirus 5 Pre-hexon-linking protein IIIa in immunofluorescence application. (Charman, M., et al. (2023). Nature. 616(7956):332-338).
Western Blotting Analysis: A representative lot detected Adenovirus Pre-hexon-linking protein IIIa in Western Blotting application. (Subramanian, T., et al. (2006). J. Virol. 80(4); 2000-2012).
Note: Actual optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user as specimens, and experimental conditions may vary with the end user.
