General description

65 kDa calculated
Neuropeptide S receptor (NPSR) is alternatively known as G-protein coupled receptor 15. NPSR is a multi-pass cell membrane protein that functions as a vasopressin/oxytocin receptor in the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. As a receptor for neuropeptide S, it is thought to mediate its action, such as inhibitory effects, on cell growth.

Immunogen

Epitope: C-terminus
Recombinant protein corresponding to the C-terminus of rat Neuropeptide S Receptor.

Application

Imunnohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:500 dilution of this antibody detected Neuropeptide S Receptor in rat and human cerebellum tissue.
