Protocadherin-10 is a Single-pass type I membrane protein that is likely involved in calcium-dependent cell-adhesion. Protocadherin-10 is moderately expressed in brain testis and ovaries, with low expression in most other tissues.

~130 kDa observed. The calculated molecular weight of this protein is 113 kDa However, Uniprot states that this protein is glycosylated, which may result in higher molecular weights. Uncharacterized band(s) may be observed in some cell lysates.
