Preparation Note

Maintain at 2-8°C up to 6 months in undiluted aliquots. It is normal for a small amount of precipitation to occur with time, which should be removed by centrifugation.

HANDLING:

This product has been tested and found negative for HBsAG and antibodies to HIV and Hepatitis C. Safety precautions should be taken when handling potentially infective body fluids.

Analysis Note

Single arc by IEP vs. anti-whole serum, anti-human IgG. No reactivity to anti-IgG 2, 3, 4 by RID.

PURIFICATION:

Purified by ion exchange chromatography, gel filtration and protein A chromatography as appropriate.
