This Goat anti-Human IgG Antibody, Fc is validated for use in ELISA, IP, WB for the detection of Human IgG.
Biochem/physiol Actions
Shows a single band when run in an IEP system at a minimum concentration of 10 mg/mL, using human whole serum as the antigen. Based on immunoselectrophoresis, the antibody reacts with the heavy chains on human IgG but not with the light chains on most human immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against human IgM or IgA, or other non-immunoglobulin serum proteins, but there may be cross reactivity with immunoglobulins from other species.
Physical form
Affinity purified immunoglobulin. Liquid in 0.02M Phosphate buffer, 0.25M Sodium Chloride with 0.1% Sodium Azide.
Preparation Note
Store at 2-8°C for up to six months. Do not freeze.

Drug hypersensitivity such as severe cutaneous adverse reactions (SCAR), including Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), could be life-threatening. Here, we enroll SCAR patients to investigate the T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire by next-generation sequencing. A public αβTCR

Over 75% of malaria-attributable deaths occur in children under the age of 5 years. However, the first malaria vaccine recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) for pediatric use, RTS,S/AS01 (Mosquirix), has modest efficacy. Complementary strategies, including monoclonal antibodies, will be

Susceptibility to severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infections is highly variable and could be mediated by a cross-protective pre-immunity. We identified 14 cross-reactive peptides between SARS-CoV-2 and influenza A H1N1, H3N2, and human herpesvirus (HHV)-6A/B with potential relevance.
