EIA and Western blots: 120,000-1:400,000.

Enzyme Immunohistochemistry: 1:500-1:5,000.

Flow cytometry and Fluorescence immunohistochemistry: 1:200-1:1000

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Physical form

Lyophilized. Buffer = 0.01 M Sodium Phosphate, 0.25M NaCl, pH 7.6 with 15 mg/mL BSA, and 0.05% sodium azide.

RECONSTITUTION:

Reconstitute with 500 μL of sterile distilled water.
