General description
Super Chemiblock is designed for use in any classic sandwich type assay that has sensitivity to Rheumatoid Factor and/or HAMA-like interfering antibodies. It is not designed for serological assays intended to detect patient antibodies to various (infectious) agents. Unlike most blockers, Super Chemiblock contains both active and passive components and has proven to be the most effective all-around blocker in the Millipore blocker menu. Super Chemiblock may be used in conjunction with other Chemiblock reagents to optimize performance for a given assay.
