General description

Immunoaffinity purified goat polyclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~140 kDa RENT1 protein.
Recognizes the ~140 kDa RENT1 protein in HeLa cells.
This Anti-RENT1 Goat pAb is validated for use in Immunoblotting for the detection of RENT1.

Immunogen

a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the C-terminus of human RENT1

Other Notes

May detect an additional band at ~80 kDa. Antibody should be titrated for optimal results in individual systems.
