Features and Benefits

Features: Targets key adipokines and cytokines involved in metabolic and inflammatory processes Includes 11 analytes relevant to adipocyte function, inflammation, and energy homeostasis Multiplex format enables simultaneous detection from minimal sample volume Compatible with human cell culture supernatants and tissue extracts Designed for research in obesity, insulin resistance, and metabolic syndrome
Benefits: Provides a comprehensive profile of adipocyte-derived signaling molecules Supports investigation of inflammation and metabolic dysregulation in human models Facilitates evaluation of therapeutic interventions targeting adipose tissue function Enables high-throughput analysis with reduced sample and reagent use Delivers reproducible, sensitive results for translational and preclinical research

General description

Adipose tissue plays a central role in metabolic regulation and inflammation. This set of biomarkers includes Adiponectin, HGF, IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8/CXCL8, Leptin, MCP-1/CCL2, NGF, PAI-1 (total), Resistin, and TNFα, which are key mediators of adipocyte function and immune signaling. These analytes provide insights into processes such as insulin sensitivity, lipid metabolism, inflammatory response, and adipose tissue remodeling. Their measurement supports research into obesity, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, and related inflammatory conditions.
