This Anti-MMP-3 Antibody, cross reacts w/hMMP-10, clone 55-2A4 is validated for use in ELISA, WB, IH(P) for the detection of MMP-3.
Biochem/physiol Actions
The antibody specifically reacts with precursor and active forms of human MMP-3. This is a purified mouse monoclonal antibody to human matrix metalloproteinase 3 (human MMP-3, stromelysin-1) from synovial cells. The antibody cross reacts 34% with human MMP-10.

Liquid in 0.01M Na-Phosphate buffer, pH 7.0, 125 mM NaCl, containing 2% protease free bovine serum albumin.
Preparation Note
Maintain frozen at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 12 months.
