HCN3 (Hyperpolarization-activated and cyclic nucleotide-gated channel 3). The antibody recognizes both the glycosyated and deglycosylated form of HCN3. The antibody recognizes a band at ~90 kDa in glycosylated protein from a retinal membrane preparation.
