This Anti-Herpes Virus 6 Antibody, 101kDa protein, clone C3108-103 is validated for use in IF, WB, IH for the detection of Herpes Virus 6.

Biochem/physiol Actions

Human herpesvirus 6, B variant. Recognizes a viron protein of 101 kDa.

SPECIES REACTIVITIES:

Shows weak reactivity to cells infected with human CMV in immunofluorescent assays. Does not cross-react with HHV-6 A variant.

Format: Purified
In 0.02M phoshate buffer, containing 0.25M NaCl and 0.1% Sodium Azide, pH 7.6.

Preparation Note

Maintain at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.
