Detect Poliovirus Blend using this Anti-Poliovirus Blend Antibody, clones 583-G8-G2-A4, 591-B1-H7-D1 & 613-F1-B5-E5 validated for use in IF.
IFA at 1:100-1:400.
Dilute with buffer pH 7.5-8.0 to desired working volume.
Final working dilutions must be determined by end user.
SUGGESTED IFA PROTOCOL:
Substrate slides:
1. Scrape and spot cells onto microscope slide wells.
2. Air dry.
3. Fix in cold acetone for 10 minutes at +4°C.
Stain:
1. Add 15 μl diluted polio antibody.
2. Incubate at +37°C for 30 minutes in a humid chamber.
3. Rinse in PBS for 5 minutes; repeat with fresh PBS.
4. Add 15 μl diluted labeled antibody.
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3.
6. Mount with buffered glycerol.

Preparation Note
Maintain at -20°C in convenient undiluted aliquots for up to 12 months. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
