General description

GST-tagged recombinant protein corresponding to human FANCC.

Application

Immunohistochemistry Analysis: A 1:50 dilution from a representative lot detected FANCC in human ileum and human kidney tissue.

Quality

Evaluated by Western Blotting in human testis tissue lysate.

Western Blotting Analysis: 0.5 µg/mL of this antibody detected FANCC in 10 µg of human testis tissue lysate.
