Biochem/physiol Actions
Clone 19B3 is a mouse monoclonal antibody that detects the envelope glycoprotein E2 of the Hepatitis C virus. It targets an epitope within 12 amino acids from the N-terminal region of the E2.
Physical form
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody IgG2a in PBS without preservatives.
Preparation Note
Stable for 1 year at -20°C from date of receipt. Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
Analysis Note
Evaluated by ELISA in H77 E1E2-transfected 293T cell lysate.
